Our Dining


Delegates manage their preference from a light entrée, vegetarian and vegan entrees and meat and potatoes – it is their choice each meal.

Enjoy the selection offered at each meal, with lunch and dinner menus that change daily.

Menus are provided for you to manage your allergy with the assistance from the dining room manager. Items and/or ingredients in each menu are highlighted that are problematic with your specific allergy so you can manage your allergy. Please introduce yourself at your first meal and discuss the options available – Our most common allergies are peanut, nut, dairy, egg.

Gluten is an advancing allergy and encompasses many aspects of your dining experience. Specific gluten free menus have been created to meet your needs.
